The Exothermic Weld Tools & Accessories Kit manufactured by SG Power Products Pvt. Ltd. under the SGPL make brings together every tool needed to make Exothermic Weld Joints on site. The kit covers the complete welding cycle — clamping the mould, igniting the charge, cleaning between shots and sealing the cavity — so a crew can work without improvising tools.

The kit contains a Mold Clamp, Cleaning Brush Set, Flame Ignition Lighter, Mold Cleaning Scrapper, Hand Plyer, Sealing Compound and Gloves. The mould clamp holds the graphite mould closed under the reaction, the cleaning brush set and scrapper clear slag from the cavity between welds to keep joint quality consistent, and the sealing compound closes the conductor openings so molten metal cannot escape.

Everything is supplied in a Plastic Tool Box, keeping the tools together and protected between jobs and making the kit easy to carry across a site. Used alongside SG Power graphite moulds and welding powder, it completes the exothermic welding system from a single supplier.
