The Ground Enhancing Material (GEM) – Pro Plus manufactured by SG Power Products Pvt. Ltd. is a premium-grade conductive compound engineered to significantly improve earthing system performance. It effectively reduces soil resistivity and ensures reliable grounding even in challenging soil conditions such as dry, rocky, or high-resistance terrains.

Formulated as per strict manufacturing standards, the compound maintains a stable alkaline pH range of 7.1 – 7.3, ensuring long-term chemical stability without causing corrosion to electrodes. With an electrical resistivity value of less than 0.12 Ω, it provides excellent conductivity, enhancing fault current dissipation and system safety.

The material features a high carbon content (>95%) and low sulphur content (<0.5%), ensuring superior conductivity while minimizing environmental impact. Its eco-friendly composition is free from harmful substances such as lead, cadmium, and zinc, making it safe for long-term use.

With a moisture holding capacity greater than 10%, the compound retains moisture efficiently, maintaining consistent earthing performance over time. Its low solubility (<5%) prevents leaching, ensuring durability and extended service life even under heavy rainfall conditions.
